food questions


hi im new to the site, im 18 and i already lost alot of weight but it was easy at first. but now i changed my eating habits and i do way more cardio but stay at the same weight..

during the day i eat
1st meal salad with ranch, pretzel, apple juice
2nd - rice or buckwheat or some other boiled grain with chicken breast and some more juice
(post workout)
3rd - bowl of total whole grain cerial, bread with chicken breast, and some water
+ fruits as snacks and occasional candy :-x
at the gym i run a mile and two if i dont lift that day..

ive been doing this for like a month and no change in weight what am i doing wrong

Increase the ammount of Cardio and Do big exercises.
Its called the " Law of Diminishing returns" the better u get the slower the progress made.
