Frustrated and looking for help

Hi, I'm a 22 year old male whose well just frustrated with working out, because I feel lost. My main goal is to be cut/tone and have more energy/strength.I've been working out for the last 3 months on and off I say on and off because I'm always tired after a workout,as oppoed to feeling energetic and refreshed. Can someone please help me/point me into the right direction as far as working out and diet goes like what have they used to reduce their bodyfat, particularily the abs? and is it okay todo cardio and weightlifting on the sameday? like workout and then run for a bit?or is it weight and then cardio the next day?

Welcome crow. Most people like to split the cardio and wieghts workouts so they are on different days. That might take care of your washed out feeling post workout. Most people when they start to workout tend to go overboard. Try keeping your workout to around 30 minutes or so each day. Ease into things to give your body time to adapt to the rigors of exercise and fitness. This might also help keep things fresh.

As for diet, skulk around the diet section of this board. There is a lot of good advice already posted. Good luck!
