G-forces and getting bigger!

hi everyone!

i'v been jumping on competiteve gymnastics trampolines for a number of years. about three years ago i stopped gymnastics and started training with weights more freqently, recently i'v been getting back into freqently useing the trampolines. the first few weeks back i noticed my body getting extreamly sore, (far beyond gym sore) sinse then my body has beome much better with coping to the effects of exessive G forces and i am rarly sore the next day. so this morning i decided to take some progress pictures and the first thing i noticed is my abs were much bigger and even more visible, infact i noticed all my muscles were much more solid looking. i haven't even been useing weights in the last 1.5 months and i feel better than i ever have. i am sure this progress is due to my new training and i'm quit exited to see how far i will get with it.

does anyone think that inducing G-forces to the body would increase bodydensity and overal strength like this?

thoughts and opinions are welcomed:
