Gain 28 pounds in a year(how do i do it if my metabolism is fast?)
I have been taking around 60g of whey protein a day, eat loads and loads of food, do weight training most days, go running everyday, and want to gain around 28 pounds. I weigh 154 pounds and believe the perfect weight to be around 180 pounds. This is important for my career in football to be heavier. Can anyone suggest what foods to eat, and how to slow down metabolism.

1 stone = 14 pounds
Basically eat above your calorie maintenance level. Just calculate what you normally eat and if after a week or two your weight remains roughly the same while eating like that then add more calories to your diet.

Hey, i am going to try to eat 2-3 jars of peanut butter every week, aim to eat 8-10 slices of bread a day, and have 4-6 weetabix/shredded wheat a day
Could somebody else suggest anything i could eat?

Keep cardio to a minimum -- or at least make it fast, like sprinting -- while you bulk. I made the dumb mistake of increasing calories and running distance at the same time. Never gained a pound. But I did look better.

That's what google is for, finding unit conversions that I should have learned in school. :

Ive heard that adding milk powder to milk adds heaps more calories. Is this true. Is there anything else like this you can add to milk?(excluding whey protein)

well i can safely say that i have gained two stones (28 pounds i think) in the last year. The key. Drink gallons of milk. Skip meals. Eat late at night. Eat when hungry. My fitness levels have ironically improved also.

I think , especially for post workout, milk is one of the best balanced sources of calories. Fat free milk is 8g protein and 13g sugar. Pretty nicely balanced (POST WORKOUT).
Unless you're a serious ectomorph like trevor you probably wouldn't want to drink milk all the time unless it's after a workout.
