Over the last 4 months ive put on masses of weight from unhealthy eating, lack of exercise and increased smoking.
Im 5"8 and weight about 177lbs (around 80kilos)
Fairly large i think, I really need to lose about 20-30pounds.
I was faily built but i put on quite alot of fat around the waist and hips.
Could someone here advise me on a general
weight loss program since i dont really want to gain too much muscle as i look quite bulky already.
Im able to spend between 2-3hrs a day working out.
I also dont know too much about muscle groups and how to seperate which ones to be be worked on, on which days.
