Im in good physical shape, but that baby fat is still there. And im trying to get rid of it. That I know which is going to be hard. But im really trying to tone up my body, and tighten my body up no exactly get bigger.
If you're trying to drop fat, your major concern should be diet. It sounds like you're fairly active, which is good.
If you want to train with weights do a search on the site for some full body routines, there are lots to choose from. A full body workout, 2-3x per week would definitely help with fat loss assuming your diet is in check.

I dont really want to lift weights. Unless I absolutely have to!!! I whether stick with body exercises such as pushups, pullups, crunches etc.
Check out pierini's journal, he is a body weight guy and the cross fit website. You can do a body-weight only workout, but you need to work all your muscles and that will mean doing more than just push-ups and crunches.
which I heard are fairly good. Not sure about them myself, since I have not read them.
As far as burning fat goes, I would think heavy weights 5-10 reps and a good bit of sprinting would be best.
I once had a friend who was calvin klien model tryouts, and was cut to the bone. His workout: 6 400m sprints 3x/week along with heavweights and ab work.
