I never liked that thing. It's the only tool that ever made my lower back sore "in a bad way" while working abs.

That whole site is awesome if you have a gymnastics background. But if yuo don't have that experience, that stuff is tough. Let's see him snatch!

Not totally sure, but I bet he can snatch. You see references to Beastskills all over Crossfit.com, and the o-lifts are a big part of x-fit. I assume he's a crossfit guy too.

But then, what do I know?

My wife found my ab wheel that I couldn't find and it's in my gym bag now.

I've been wanting to do some ab wheel workouts so your post was a helpful reminder. Thanks!

i can see why, i'm guessing if you let your back drop when you are extened that would hurt!

those things look hard, but i'm sure they get your abs really good.

Maybe it's my lack of gymnastics background but when I was 26 y.o. and incorporating them into my workouts they could not hold a candle to the standard variations of ab exercises that we used to do.

The elite athletes here may like it. I came across the darn thing for only $5 in a GNC clearout bin.

I haven't used mine in a long time, but when I first started and couldn't do a single crunch or even anything resembling one - I was able to do 2-3 of those, then 4-5, then 20, then sets of 20. Then real crunches. I owe my current abs, such as they are, to my ab wheel for getting me started.

Some of the chubby girls from the high school wanted to use it to tighten up for cheerleading, it never came home, but is still making the rounds tightening middriffs for the little teen boys to enjoy viewing.

That's right folks
Not 299.99
Not 199.99
Not 99.99
Just 19.99 and you can have washboard abs too.

Ok, so they never got to washboards, but it was still the best 19.99 I ever spent.

It was really the chica in the light blue bikini getting out of the pool that got my attention on the commercial...anybody remember that one?

Geez, Welch, just a little too clear of a window onto your twisted mind there...

It's just sharing a very useful piece of equipment. Who wants to look at flabby tummies...and who wants to have one?

I was impressed by the tight hard abs coming out of the pool and said, "that's the equipment I'll buy". Only infomercial I ever bought anything from.

elite, I tried it...once. I liked doing it on my knees better because it's much less painful on the face.
