Hey hows it going, im 20/m 5'9" 165 about 12%bf and reppin about 205-225 on bench , i lift 4-5times a week -- which ive been doing for over a year now, even tho ive yet to add legs to my workout. I was 190 and was reppin 245 but was getting too big, so I started dieting and dropped down to 165 w/o much cardio in about 3months. I take a multi-vitamin, calcium supplement, creatine/l-glutamine, and about 3 weeks ago i started taking dyna-burn extreme (epedra). I just this week decided to start doing cardio every morning ( lift in afternoon ), I just kinda made a routine, 10mins on bike then i run a mile then i do elipticall sp? for 20mins. Is this
cardio routine going to be any worth while. I'm trying to drop my bf% and still maintain and possiable still get gains in the gym.
