Of all the things I never thought of - aqua jogging!

What better way to mix things up and get in the water at the same time!

Sound like fun. We use to play watermelon football in the town pool. We would grease a watermelon, pick up teams and try to get the watermelon to the end of the pool for a score. After we played for a half hour to and hour, everyone would start going down with calf cramps because you are up on your toes bouncing a lot.
