Got an X-Vest for Xmas...any ideas?

I was blessed enough to receive an X-Vest for Christmas and would like to know if anyone else has one or one like it and what sort of workouts do you enjoy with it. So far I have done some walking, push-ups and pull-ups with it. I will continue to experiment with it but would like to enjoy what experience you may have had with a weighted vest.

Thanks.

That's fantastic. I would love one of those. How about burpees?

Ok....how would I fit those into my bodybuilding routine...should I use it as a form of cardio or GPP? Or part of a dynamic warm-up before each training session?

Thanks again for your ideas.

Thanks.....I am lucky enough to have someone who knows how to make me smile.

This one goes up to 40lbs in 1lb increments. I started with 20lbs and that is what I have been using so far.
