Prior to getting a job, I was in top shape - I had all day every day to work out. Despite trying to prevent it, since my 7pm-7am job, My 6-pack is a memory, and my hips are going their separate ways, one East, one West.
My body rejects
late night eating, so I eat my chicked and broccoli in the day, then sip on protein at night. Unfortunately to stay awake, I also sip on coffee, No Doze and blow pops!!!
I get to the gym adequately, but I'm getting sick a lot and my results are not happening as swiftly as they used to. I am so discouraged. The weather is perfect and I am not ready to show off as usual. I don't look the same in any of my gym clothes.
My work schedule: 7pm-7am
Week 1: Mon., Tue., Fri-Sun.
Week 2: Wed.-Thurs.
