I don't know if people heard of this cardio program but if you have, i was wondering if you guys think that doing this program would be alright on an elliptical trainer.
I no that on the site it says that it suggest actaulil running, but i don't have acess to a feild or somthing in the early morning, so should i do normal cardio, geruilla cardio on an elliptical or on an elliptical but modify the intensity of the exercise?
plz helpl thx

Yeah, it works well on an elliptical. That is how I either do it usually. That or a recumbant bike, both work well.

Would you mind posting the levels and intensities you're using on an elliptical and whether you're changing the grade or the resistance or both?

I'm doing interval training on a treadmill (I have previously been an elliptical fan) and I started doing it on the treadmill because it seemed like doing it on an elliptical would be really cumbersome.

Thanks!

Well, it really varies depending on when I do it in relation to my leg w/o day. Like my gym's elliptical goes up to 15 as the max intensity. Usually I do a 4-5 minute warm-up at level 8, then use the 13th intensity setting for the first 6 intervals. By this point I am starting to slow down by the last couple of seconds of the interval bouts so I lower the intensity to 12 for the 7th interval, and 11 for the 8th and final interval. Then I lower the intensity back down to 8 for a 5 minute cooldown and also usually do a little light jogging or biking for a couple of minutes. If it is a Thursday though, which is the day after my leg day, I usually do everything the same but use 2 intensities lower for each stage. This is just how it works out for me. The only thing I judge how good of a w/o my session is is by how taxed it makes me, so as long as you are giving it a maximum effort it should be good. Oh yeah, I usually use the 6th grade, which is out of 20. It is almost like a walking grade, not too elevated really.
