............Hello everyone.. A few of my co-workers as well as myself have been doing the Core Secrets workouts (as seen on tv---by Gunnar Peterson).
A couple of the workout videos are really great (like that bun workout tape and the ab workout tape), but the rest of the workout tapes does not provide the intensity that I thought it would have. I use this workout series as an adjunct, if you will, to my existing weight training program
at the gym. I usually use the Core Secrets workouts on my days off.
Has anyone tried this workout? If so, what are you thoughts?
