Having trouble with sleep....

Hi guys. Here's my problem. I go to bed each night between 1030 and 1100pm. I feel like i sleep well throughout the night, i don't wake up or toss and turn, i get up at 7am and feel horrible. I feel incredibly tired. Any ideas? I have no clue what's going on. Thanks

Overtrained? What type of weight training do you do and when's the last time you took some time off to recover?

That one can be complicated, you may end up seeing a doctor for it.

Things to consider, have you recently gained weight? Have you changed dietary habits? Are you under extra stress? Do you need suppliments such as melatonin or GABA to help you get a more restful sleep? Have you overtrained? (that's a biggie right there).

Are you drinking more or less caffiene? What about alcohol? These two kill my sleep habits.

Especially alcohol, like you said, I might have slept throughout the night but I am damn tired the next day.

this is how I am also, it's eithier that and a combo of just sleeping-in later than usual.

I wake up at 4:30 (going to bed around 9:30) and oh yes I'm very tired and DON'T want to get up, but I'm not dragging an hour later, I'm energized.

Maybe that is your problem - not enough activity!
