Heal Scars - How legit is this article?

I've come across this page while searching for information on Cocoa Butter (rubbing vitamin E into the skin sounds like a good thing). This article claims you can 'heal' a scar by 'breaking up' the strong fibers beneath and encourage blood to the area to grow soft skin tissue. How true can this be?

The article: http://www.larynxlink.com/Newsletter...ines_Apr04.htm

I have a fairly small scar near my shoulder and wouldn't mind clearning it up a bit, worth the try?

vitamin e is good for scars and stretch marks burst capsules or use a cream. Cocoa butter has got some good reports. They are about the best you can get.
