Heat Yoga

I have been looking into other ways to get into shape without going to the gym and Heat Yoga intrests me alot.

This place near my house offers 90min yoga sessions and i would like to start doing one a day for a month and see how it goes?

would u recommend yoga from weight loss?, and is it ok to do weight training and cardio on days where im doing yoga?

thanks

I wouldn't consider yoga for weight loss. More for stress reduction or flexibility. You can work out 5 times a day as long as you fuel those workouts. Just keep in mind spreading out those workouts through the week is better for the mind and body.
