Help Injury!


Ive been doing bodybuilding up until a year ago.i stopped when i started getting lower back pains.ive had an mri scan and epidurals but nothing has come up on the scans.i have pians down my left leg. could the pain be coming from a ligament?
any help would be great as i am in great pain.

Really good question, I was going to ask something similar. I wonder after the pain is gone, how many pain free days should one have before lifting again? And what percentage of your previous lifting weight should a person start back with after a couple of weeks off?
