Help me please!!

Hey everyone!!

I am having a dilemma....I have called around for a personal trainer to help me figure out a program but they are so expensive. I am female, 130 pounds, and my problem areas are always my butt, stomach, love handles and thighs. My bf has been helping me train my upper body with weights but I look uneven. My upper body looks good while my lower body looks horrible. I've tried some cardio but I do the same thing all the time. Is there anyone who could help me to figure out a program? My email address is keisha29@hotmail.com...just forward email with fitness program in the title! Thanks everyone.

are you only training your upper body with weights? you MUST train your lower body as well!!
what type of cardio are you doing? its best to switch it up often. HIIT is very beneficial IMO.
also diet plays a huge part in seeing any fat loss. you cannot spot reduce keep in mind. perhaps post your diet as well.

I'll second that. Squats and deadlifts can be your friends.

For lower body I am doing the elipitcal trainer for 10-15 mins, rowing machine for 15 mins and walking on treadmill for 10 mins. Is that not good?

Hit them weights. Squats, lunges, deadlifts, leg press. Just as with upperbody, weights can also help your lower body in the same way.
