I am having a dilemma....I have called around for a
personal trainer to help me figure out a program but they are so expensive. I am female, 130 pounds, and my problem areas are always my butt, stomach, love handles and thighs. My bf has been helping me train my upper body with weights but I look uneven. My upper body looks good while my lower body looks horrible. I've tried some cardio but I do the same thing all the time.
