Help

Hey could the ladies help me out. I need a great cutting routine for my ex-fiance. She has put on weight and wants to lose 10lbs in like two weeks. Then stay on a plan and drop 20lbs. That will get her back down to a size 4. If you could post your workouts or PM me the workouts I would greatly appreciate it.

fitness techniques? Eating habits are the key to losing weight. My "routine" doesn't differ than a mans, I just can't lift as much as they do.

I agree with Kitara eating habits are very important. As for fitness techniques, the way I lost weight was running, just plain running when I started. Then I added in some weights to balance it off. I lost 35 pounds from september to mid november.

I agree with running. I cut about 40 pounds of fat in a little over a month in a half just running.

Diet also...eating right is important. Don't not eat...that is counter productive. Gotta eat the right foods though. Swear off cake and ice cream and general junk and stuff for a while until you reach your goals...and even then only eat them as a rare treat.

To really get in shape though you have to mix a good cardio (like running, stairmaster, aerobics tapes, hell...Dance Dance Revolution still makes me sweat a lot if you are a gamer) with weight lifting and a good diet. Read books, do research on it.

Losing that much weight in such a short time (if even attainable) isn't healthy. The weight didn't get there overnight and it won't go overnight. Eat right and exercise religously. If she sticks with it, it will come off. Good luck.

Indeed Diet Is Important But also Working out Will Help Alot. Just Have her stay Off Simple Carbs (Sugar sat fat) And Running is Good But I suggest To walk If Shes Going for Weight Loss. Thats all there is to it.
