HIIT and other questions.....please reply...

hello people!

i feel like i am getting more into this whole fitness thing, and even getting a little obsessed....but im just a rookie....

questions:

***HIIT - I NEVER GET THE FULL INFORMATION!!! and i dont know what the best site is for it, that explains it fully.....i know what it is briefly....but i need to know it all........i have a treadmill..........i need the info and i didnt find any somehow...

***i got all my excercies from http://www.exrx.net
is that enough? i want as much info as possible, what other site is very good in explaining a lot, with pics.....ive been visitng a lot of sites lately, but dont know if i have it all :-(

***by the way, this is a pretty stupid question, butdoing 4 sets of 12 reps for almost everything (obviously with different amounts of weights), what do u think of that? cuz i noticed that for almost everything i do- the 4th set 12th rep, is where im DONE....so??

***if you have some flab on you and starting a diet, is there still a point in doing all those abs excercises?

THX....please reply....

Here is a link with info on HIIT and interval training http://www.youronlinefitness.com/Fit...l_training.htm

Yes doing ab exercises is still a good idea as it will strengthen the muscle which is important.

This experienced body builder Clarence Bass explains it very well.

I don't understand if there is a question here? Are you saying that you are not taxed by the 12th rep of the 4th set? If this is the question, then increase the weight.

I do abs once per week. There is no need to do them more than that.
