HIIT training morning after leg workout?

How do you guys do this? My legs are still quite sore or even a little numb from the intense leg routine the night before. I stretch before and after the workout.

The more you do it, the easier it will be for you. You will soon get into a good routine

I'm with Firehawk. I push my legs hard, sometimes near 90 percent of my max, and brother do I feel it the next day. I generally do a different kind of cardio -- like a moderately paced run -- the day after legs. Any other day and HIIT is not a problem.
