Hit a mile stone last night!


Two sets of 15 pull ups!!!! HST, while not a strength training program, still develops some strength. When I started a little less than two years ago, I could do a set of 2 pull ups, then maybe another single.

good job. thats a great improvment in less than two years. now just think about how many more you will be able to do in two more years.
