Hmmm, what changes should i make?

Hey guys,

ok so here is the thing... I started working out about 6 months ago and was probably around 185 lbs at around 10% body fat. I am 6' 3". My main goal was to gain muscle and have that broader, more cut body type. I started weight training 5 days a week and cardio for 2 days a week as well as a lot of dancing. I made changes to my diet in that i cut out a lot of fat and started consuming around 100 g of protein a day. The thing is, I find that though I have lost a lot of fat, I have not gained as much muscle as I would like. I wanted people to make comments such as "wow you have gotten much bigger" or "dude, you are swoll as hell", but instead I have been getting comments such as "you have lost a lot of weight" and "are you eating enough?" My frame is thinner, but not lean as I would like. I am probably around 165 lbs now, maybe 8% body fat. I want to get bigger!! Should I put fatty foods back in my diet? What is wrong with me?? What's weight gain powder and is it for me?
