Home Excercises For Increasing Strength


Does any know any good home excercises for improving strength,, im really skinny and want to improve my strength?

Depends what do you have at home to work with?
I have a full gym in my basement. Any thing you can do in a Gym I can do at home.

Push ups for starters !

pull ups only takes a bar and very effective

DIPS


Arnold says that dips are all you need, no weights involved. Just 2 handles.

lol.. Arnold Swhcahwleannegar? Yea I would get a gym if possible. But push-ups work almost all your upper body muscles.

I think Arnold did weighted dips though. He put a plate on his lap while doing the dips.

Squat your dog/cat.

Deadlift your siblings.

Push furniture around the house.

Do pullups from chandeliers.

The possibilites are endless..use your imagination.
