Question

How can i get mega fit?

Hello every one. I'm looking for some advice. I've decided to join the Royal Marines, however my fitness is pritty poor, so i was woundering if theres any one out there who could point me in the right direction and give me some training tips. I was told i need to have a balance of upperbody strength and general fitness. I would appreciate a reply.

cheers

Dan

you get "megafit" with megadetermination, megahardwork, and megalifestyle changes!

you were "woundering" about his?

seems kind of ironic that your joining the Marines and spelling wondering that way...a little stressed out?

There have been similar questions on this board before and a search should give you all the help you need. The marines seem to focus on pushups, situps and pullups so work on those and alternate running sessions of interval training and long distance. Depending on how much time you have available, that'll get you in shape.
