how can i lose fat in my thighs and arms?


my calves and my torso is pretty skinny but my thighs and my arms arent??? what can I do?

The answer is pretty simple, try to keep a stricter diet and start doing some thigh & arm exercises

Some people, almost all of them women, tend to have more fat on their thighs and arms. You don't get to choose where you lose it from. It will come off from those places (and everywhere else as well) with a proper regimen of exercise combined with good eating habits.
