How can i shrink my build???


my question is that i have bulky build and would like to tone it down is there any exercises that i can do to tone my build down???

dont lift

but, any idea what your bodyfat % is? if you lose fat you'll get the leaner ripped look

define "bulky build".

And don't say "tone".
