how do I stretch this muscle?

I found a new muscle on my body. I had to use the cybex/bodymasters machines the other day because our freeweight room is closed for a week. So, I don't remember what I did, but I have a muscle on my arm that is sore and I was wondering what I can do to stretch it. It's baffeling me because it doesn't seem to get stretched when I do my normal stretching.

Anyway, it's not my bicep, it's not my tricep; it's maybe considered a shoulder muscle? It's like if I have my arms straight down at my side it's the outside muscle.

Any suggestions?

Pull your arm lightly across your chest.

From your description, Kitara, I'm still not sure which muscle you may be referring to. Here is an illustration for a posterior deltoid (shoulder) stretch that illustrates what I think NateDogg is talking about.

I'm guessing you've used a neutral grip on some exercise and you've slightly overtrained your brachialis. If so, there isn't really a good way to stretch it other than stretching your biceps (as the brachialis shares one of the functions of the biceps).
