How do u feel about this?

How do u feel about beans?
Can I still have those when in training?

and what about gardenburger riblets?

Even though raisins have carbs in them can I still have them in my oatmeal not worrying bout how much I put in there, or is there a limit?

Bring up some other foods if u can.

Try the nutrition forum. But, IMO be careful with the raisins. THey can pack alot of calories into a small portion. Good luck in the competition!

Peace

Beans are good if you can handle the gas. Oatmeal is amazing for you. Put some cinnamon and sweet n low and enjoy
