Wow a good question lol. I feel weak as well, when I do workout I feel like I can win any fight I would get into, not that I do. When I miss a workout I feel so weak, I constantly lookat my muscles and I guess im paranoid because I think they got smaller.

I have only missed one scheduled workout and that was yesterday. I felt really guilty but I knew I needed a break or I'd be burned out. Even though I knew it was the right decision I still had a tough time shaking that guilty feeling. It's tough. I also think that I get nervous because missing one workout is the first step in missing many and I don't want to ahve that happen.
Though it's a new day today, so I'm feeling much better (especially since I plan on going to the gym this afternoon).

cranky, irritable, snappy, and just generally pissy and not fun to be around.

i don't feel guilty because if i miss a workout, it's unavoidable - but i still resent it deeply.

Not too terrible, but then again I almost never miss one. I work out 6 days a week, so the occasional miss is no big deal. I just make up for it on my scheduled off day, usually.

I feel worse about eating junk food than I so about missed WOs.

I'm pretty sure feeling awful for missing a days workout is a sign of overtraining.
Try getting another hobby, it's going to take a while to get used to missing the occasional workout but in a few weeks you'll be fine and will appreciate the workouts you do more.

I don't feel guilty, I'm just not happy about it. It all balances out in the end, as long as there doesn't become a pattern of missing many workouts. If this happens I know it's really time to mix things up.

I work at a mentally stressing job and I find if I work out before going to work I'm in a better mental state and not so eager to rip someone's head off, at least not for a few hours anyway.

i live in sturgeon falls.

the closest thing we have to a celebrity is the group High Holy Days, and we're just south of Field, where Shania Twain's aunt lives.

HHD are currently i-don't-know-where and stalking shania's aunt would be un-canadian.
