how do you get a nice tight hard ass??
Well thats pretty much my question. I use the leg press and glute machine and my ass is just not as tight as I would like it to be. Any suggestions?

lunges, squates and remember to be consistant and sqeeeeze with each rep. I love working my butt, but it hurts - the results are well worth the burn

The first time I ever did deadlifts a few weeks ago, my ass hurt for like 3 days. Judging by the pain, I'd say that this is a good exercise to work on the firm ass you're looking for.
