Ok. I am comfortable with sholder I think. Have you seen those people who leans as they pull? Is it some kind of exercise, or are they just cheating???? :confused:

They are cheating they have obviously over estimated on just how much wait they can pull, and so compensate by having to lean, which can cause injury , remember with the lat pull downs style, not nesscerily weight, is everything.

Angel, you might want to incorporate this in your back workout.
