How Do You Tone Everything Up ?

I run 5km everyday, do 70 sit ups and 60 push ups. I don't belong to a gym. Can anyone suggest anything else to do ???? Thanks.

You can try some bodyweight exercises like:

Lift some weights, run a bit less. You are like I was this summer. That is good for keeping weight off but you wont tone jack like that , just increase endurance. Eat right...get protein.

edit: when I say run less I mean cut back on it a bit. Every day could be considered overkill, especially once/if you start to lift weight.

some great ideas to get some muscle without weights.

pullups-can be done anywhere with a little ingenuity. rafters, doorways, etc. so can dips. dips can be done on a chair, anything solid. do a whole lot more push ups than you are doing now. one trick i like is decreasing sets of50-40-30-20-10, with 45 seconds rest between each set.

hope that helps.
