How Does my cardio look?

i am currenlty trying to get ripped up.

monday, wednesday and fridays are wieght lifting days.

and on tuesday, thursday, saturday, sunday is cardio.

Here is my cardio routing:

I walk quater of a lap, and run the rest 3/4 of the lap fast as i can. Usually continue this for 6 laps with equals 1 1/2 miles.

I dont jog because i want to keep muscle lost to minimum. Also, on thurday, work out my abs before cardio and only run a mile.

That sounds alright. How long does it usually take you to finish that little routine? You might think about a nice easy jog for your first lap rather than walking and going straight into high speeds. As long as you keep up the intensity everytime, you'll be able to see results with a shorter cardio routine like yours.

I think it would be OK if you did one 3-5 mile jog every week on one of your cardio days. I have gotten better results doing that instead of only HIIT cardio.

Doesn't really sound like it takes long enough, HIIT is supposed to be short, but if it isn't even hitting 10-15 minutes...
