hello, i'm a 5'2'' female, about 110 pounds. i look pretty toned, but yesterday i tried to swim 2 laps and then tread water all non stop and it was really hard for me, so i realized i am not in shape at all. I have never really exercised because i have always been scared i will lose weight, and i would like my
ideal weight to be 120. I have always been scared i will lose my butt or boobs, and i dont want to be muscular but rather curvy looking. What exercises should I do that may allow me to
gain weight without lookign too muscular??
