Bulk Up STage:
Until, mid april, i am trying to get bulk up. And the Supplements i am taking is creatine in suplement form 10 grams a day and Protein in suplement form 40 grams on non workout days and 75 on workout days. Until then, i am not doing any cardio and trying to get big as i can (still eating healthy)
Rip Stage:
After Mid april, i am gonna try to doing alot of cardio, do some
light weight exercise, and get off creatine cycle. Just take 40 grams of protein on workout days and 20 on non workout days. The purpose of this is to get ripped when August hits which when i spend alot of time at the beach.
I never tried this yet, but does anyone think this has a chance of working?
