honestly 24 hours.

Finding time to exercise is great and the 45minutes to an hour it takes to do this is an acheivement.

However nutrition is somthing that haunts you 16 hours a day (while your awake,) and sleep is another 8 hours on top of that.

Finding the time to eat enough and sleep enough is really the biggest barrier to developing your perfect body, finding time to exercise is really the easy part.

Exercise should be about 45 minutes to an hour, you should eat small meals with plenty of protein and carbs every 4 hours, and sleep 6-8 hours. Not to mention keep your life stress free, and your body healthy.

Excellent info! You hit the nail right on the spot too. I'm one of those "I eat only when I'm hungry" gals and Curser just posted that I need to eat on a schedule.
Sleep? I'm like the kid that won't go to sleep at night because they don't want to miss out on anything. Really, after my kids go to bed around 8:30 or 9, I don't won't to hit the sack an hour later. I want too relax, you know. That means a bedtime between midnight and 1 a.m. I'm working on changing that
