lifting weights

At 15 I was doing 195 bench, 350ish squat, no deadlifts yet, after about a year of athletics. Before that I guess I was around 135-145. I also weighed 190 lbs though...

Yeah man, I'm getting anxious to do 3 plates on each side for bench. I doubt I'll be there in less than another 8 months though, possibly longer.
