How much cardio???


Hello


Age - 23 female
Weight - 126pounds

I am looking for some advice. I have been training now for about 6 months. I am not really sure how many hours cardio a week I should be fitting into my routine. At the moment i am training about 4 times per week with weights and getting about 1 1/2 hours cardio in the week.
