How to get a Britney bod??-your opinions plz:)

I was just curious based on your knowledge and experience with diet and exercise how would one get britneys bod?? I mean I know everyones body is different, but would you say she does more heavy weighlifting over light reps? and just eats alot of protein? Anybody have any suggestions about how to attempt to do this?

Well I can say that there is no magic to how she looks like many people think. She either has a professional dietician / trainer or she's one of them stupid stars that eat 500cal/day and do the stairmaster....either way she still has a great genetic makeup, which is one of the reasons she can stay like that. But with proper training and dieting it's pretty easy to get into that shape over time.

Unfortuntely people in the real work can't afford (or most of us can't) a nutritionist, a personal trainer, or chef.. these celebrities need to keep their bodies looking like that in order to keep their jobs.. not to mention what u see in magazine is what britney really looks like..touched up pics!! also, while the rest of us have normal jobs, britney dances all day, everyday.. so naturally she's gonna have a great bod.. i just figure the rest of us shouldn't compare to someone like that.. it's an impossible standard to look at.. it's like looking at a fish and saying "wow.. i wish i could breathe underwater.. how can i get like that" okay, so maybe a bad analogy but u get the point..

Genetics are key, there's no doubt about it. Don't, however, sell yourself short by thinking that you can't get fabulous results through serious dedication and focus.

No ... you may not have the funds to hire a Dietician to design and prepare your meals. That shouldn't stop you from becoming your own dietician. The same holds true for not having a Personal Trainer, or a Financial Consultant, or ...

Genetics play a role in it as well. It is possible that you cannot get her body. Don't want to be an ass, but its true. The same holds true for men. Even if you use roids and train your ass off - It is quite probable that you will never look like Mr Olympia. Yes they have steroids and yes they train hard, but they are also gifted with phenominal genetics.

You can get into great shape though. You should never attempt to get someone elses body. Everyone is built different. Trying to look like someone else is a sure fire way to shoot yourself in the foot because you are going to be constantly comparing yoruself to them. Even if you are getting results, they wont be good enough because "I still dont look like <insert person here>"

If you are getting positive results (No matter how slight), then you are doing it right. Focus on YOUR body, not someone elses and you will end up much better in the long run.
