After today and yesterday, after all the running when i get into the car, and reach home, and get out, i cant even MOVe my legs. I stretch properly, and still sore. Its liek that all day, and the next. Sitting is fine, but the second i get up, OW, and then after walking a while its decent, buyt then sit back down, get up OW again. 2 ?S 1. What should i do to not be as sore. 2. Besides running, how can "make" myslef run FASTER and be able to do it longer. Are there any weght lifting things i can do, or work out my legs, also not only faster but, after a while my throat gets so dry so quick, and my legs just wont move. PLEase help. Well your not going to improve a great deal in two days, but for the soreness make sure your taking in a lot of water and a lot of protein and carbs, without those three things the muscles will continue to be dreprieved and your not going to recover at a very fast rate as you've found out.

Number two... Try squats, leg press's, then try some ballistic training and plyometric training (search's available on both on site)...the question of stamina, well the only way your going to improve at that is to keep running, keep jogging...day in, day out.
