I found a new exercise!

My wonderful wife let me get myself a new camera system. It's a digital SLR-a Canon 20D, to be specific. Of course, I had to get a couple of lenses, a new flash, a new camera bag, etc. to go with it. Well, when the bag is all loaded up with the new gear plus my old Canon G2 stuff the bloody thing weighs 15 pounds--and that doesn't include the weight of the tripod! Lugging that load around for a while definitely puts a strain on the shoulder and back muscles! ........but it takes fantastic pictures.

Ok!

And, this has relevance to a recent thread over in the Nutrition forum about the evils of Pizza.

The pizza is my version of the Pappa Murphy's Chicken Garlic pizza. My sauce is made with fresh garlic, low fat mayo, fat free sour cream and ranch dressing mix. The crust is whole wheat with only 2 tsp of olive oil in the dough. The toppings are fat free Mozzarella, parmesan, fresh baby spinach leaves, fresh mushrooms, diced roma tomatoes, black olives and Italian turkey sausage.

If you want to see a larger image, let me know and I'll link to a full-sized image.
