I hate lovehandles


I started my exercise and nutrtion program a few months back and it's really worked out pretty well for me. I used to have a pear shape with lots of cellulite, but now I have lost most of the fat, but I still have the little lovehandles. I run, bike and/or swim everyday, but I can't get rid of the side fat. What can I do to get tighter abs and lose these annoying lovehandles?

I don't even know what they call them lovehandles... you don't love them, your girlfriend doesn't love them, your clothes don't love them. I don't see any love envolved. :confused:

The ab exercises will help tighten your abs but will do little for your love handles. To get rid of those you have to kick your metabolism up another notch or clean up your eating a little bit more. No shortcuts.
