I hate lovehandles
I started my exercise and nutrtion program a few months back and it's really worked out pretty well for me. I used to have a pear shape with lots of cellulite, but now I have lost most of the fat, but I still have the little lovehandles. I run, bike and/or swim everyday, but I can't get rid of the side fat. What can I do to get tighter abs and lose these annoying lovehandles?
