I'm fifteen, male obviously, about six foot two, onehundred and eightyfive pounds; I
usually eat a sandwich for lunch and a homecooked meal for supper with a snack before I go to bed. The snack is usually a problem because I'll grab a brownie, eat it, then I'll think that wasn't too much and eat a muffin, then maybe one more brownine. Pretty disgusting. I used to
weight lift about four days a week but lately I've just been drinking and not going to the gym. I know in a few weeks I can't completely reshape my body, but I think just a few pounds would be enough to make me look more toned. I find myself either without a shirt on or naked in front of others quite often and would like to just change a little to make people think 'oooh' instead of 'ewww'
