I need excercises for pure sprinting speed.

On my leg days, The workouts I do are Squat, Deadlift, Straightleg Deadlift, Leg press, Calve raises, leg extensions and leg curls. Are these good workouts to produce sprinting speed?

sure they are great excersizes, for basically anything IMO. if you want to sprint fast, make sure you are not doing your reps slowly. perform them as explosively. when it comes to speed, i think its more about how you do it and then what you do. so if you want to be fast, lift fast.

Tie a piece of raw steak behind your back and go find a pack of rabid dogs. Exercise gauranteed to make you run faster.
