I would like to start off by saying hi to everyone! LOL! ok, I want to lose weight. I just bought some
protein powder and some other stuff. I have a tredmill,
exercise ball, weighted jumprope, a bench, free weights and some other things..but i need some type of guide to get me going in the right direction. I am 5 fot 6 and weight about 190..=(. IF anyone can help me on what types of food i should eat,how many meals per day, and when i should exercise that would be great! I was told that I should eat 6 meals a day, and exercise onece everyday..but i dont know if this is the most effective way to go. Please post anything that will help me, and thanls in advanced =)
