I need some help please

Okay, so I'm new to this. But I’m 18 and I’m about 5’2 and I weigh like 130. I was wondering what is the fastest way to lose weight. I’m trying to get down to at least 120. What are some good exercises, healthy food etc. I do have access to a fitness room. Basically a typical Schedule.

And also doe’s anyone know how to make your face skinny, I have chubby cheeks. Maybe if I lost weight that would help?

Thanks-

Jessica

Stop eating. This is the fastest and the most unhealthy.

The best way is workout regularly and eat lots of fresh fruits, veggies, lean proteins and cut out the sweets.

Tell us what kind of equipment you have access to?

Well, there really isn't an easy way to do it, so whatever you do, take the advice/information offered on here and don't hop on any diet bandwagon. Losing weight and leading a healthy lifestyle take a lot of work and dedication, and it's really hard to give an all-encompassing solution in one post on a message board. SO...I suggest that you do something browsing through the forums here, do some reading and research, check the stickies that Lady C linked to, and basically become informed. Definitely check out the Diet and Nutrition section.
