I need thr help of an accomplished aerobic athlete


I am currently a certified fitness trainer who is taking a performance nutrition course, and i need your help! I need to know your level of accomlishments, your ratio's of fats, carbs and protein, your supplement if any and which ones. At what time of day and how often you eat and when you take your supplements. I know this may be alot to ask, but I need your help. If you would like to help please reply. THANK YOU
