Diet

Brad Pitt is a harcore Atkins dieter

Your physique would also benefit from more than just Pullups and an Abwheel. You can bet that Brad pitt was in the gym with a trainer working his whole body. I think you are doing more running than necessary putting your knees in jeopardy and supressing your testosterone levels.

running will supress my testosterone levels when applying it in mass?

Walk up to some huge dude and really hack him off. Call him various names, insult his manhood and maybe slap him once or twice. Then step back and wait, within min's your gonna look like Brad Pitt in Fight CLub (or at least like he should of looked)

I would say that ASS COBRA's advice was slightly misleading, although he was right on about the knee's. It's most deffinitly your diet you need to pay attention to.

I thought Pitt was into The Zone diet?

Genetics is gonna play a roll. Doing cardio and watching diet would be key too. But you should still live weights. It's funny but in some scenes Pitt looked like he had some decent muscle. Not by bodybuilding standards but by 'normal' standards. I'd cut the running back to 3-4 days a week, focus on your diet, and hit the weight room.

Looking like Brad Pitt in "Fight Club" honestly is not hard to do at all IMO, nor is it impressive. He was hardly developed at all, his bodyfat % was just very low.

Looking "Like Brad Pitt In Fight Club", or anyone else that has any amount of muscle showing throught the subcutaneous fat is a matter of 1) having/developing some muscle (available to anyone who is actively engaged in resistance training), and 2) eating well enough to control their body fat level (available to anyone who is willing to learn what food their body needs and how/when to deliver it).

Fight Club is an awesome movie! I have seen it so many times and I'm currently in the process of reading the book.

To look like Brad Pitt, well, I don't know. Sorry.

What weight, body fat percentage would you all guess that he's got in that movie?
