i was doing good, until the past two days


i was doing extremely well, the past month until this past two days, which is my sis in law's bday and nephew's bday, I cheated with so much food this past two days and i feel really guilty. After this two days, i started to lag off..
can someone please bring me back into a postive attitude? i want to lose weight..i've lost 6 lbs in 1 month but now it seems like my weight is not goinig anywhere, so i feel hopeless.

Family get togethers and events happen. That's life. You need to put it in the "can't change it now" pile and just jump back on the wagon and keep going with what you were doing. Good job on the 6lbs.! Nothing is hopeless or beyond fixing. Don't become so obsessed with what you've eaten that it makes you think you messed up all your progress, it didn't.

don't stress, hit it hard again like you never caved, and eat a few bowls of bran flakes with tons of water throughout the day.

you'll clean out the sin of 2 days with no prob. i just did the same thing. you can recover from 2 BAD days usually with 3 GOOD ones.
