i was doing good, until the past two days
i was doing extremely well, the past month until this past two days, which is my sis in law's bday and nephew's bday, I cheated with so much food this past two days and i feel really guilty. After this two days, i started to lag off..
can someone please bring me back into a postive attitude? i want to lose weight..i've lost 6 lbs in 1 month but now it seems like my weight is not goinig anywhere, so i feel hopeless.
